The acclaimed Old Pilot’s Barrel Aged Gin is perfected in first-fill Croatian and American oak barrels. Using six botanicals from both the Mediterranean and continental Croatia, our gin matures in carefully selected oak barrels, creating a rich, complex flavour.

Our gin is gluten-free and vegan, suitable for your lifestyle choices.
